If you possess a genuine love for children, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, and are looking for a job that is straight days, no weekends or nights, then we invite you to apply and become a valuable member of our team. We are willing to work around school hours, if you are attending college and are looking for a part-time job.
Position:
Daycare Teacher/Caregiver in all age groups
Full-time/Part-time Responsibilities:
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children aged infant to school aged. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Observe and assess children's development to tailor instruction and support individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity. Adhere to licensing regulations and uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a criminal history background check. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
