Job Description

Hospice Care Team is in need of a Hospice Aide/CNA to join our team in the south I-10 areas! Working on a full-time basis, the Hospice Aide provides personal care of the terminally ill patient and performs related tasks in the patient's home according to the patient's Plan of Care.
Responsibilities:
Performing personal care needs after given a patient's assignment and attending to his/her requests promptly. If unable to perform a certain task, report to the RN Case Manager immediately. Meeting the safety needs of a patient and using equipment safely and properly. Giving personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as assigned.
Qualifications:
CNA in Texas Previous Hospice experience preferred Pay is extremely competitive. Come and help us make a difference! !
