Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support for infants in a nurturing and safe environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm, engaging atmosphere that promotes healthy development, emotional security, and learning through age-appropriate activities. Duties Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Implement developmental activities that promote motor skills, language acquisition, social-emotional growth, and early cognitive development Follow established routines for feeding, diapering, nap times, and playtime to create consistency and security for infants Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities, milestones, and health status Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Adhere to all health and safety regulations including pediatric first aid and CPR protocols Support classroom management by organizing age-appropriate toys and learning materials while encouraging positive behavior Collaborate with team members to plan engaging activities that foster early childhood development and learning Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare centers, preschools, or nannying roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices Experience with child supervision, behavior management, and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid CPR and first aid is required Food Handler's certification is required.
