This role involves nurturing children's development, ensuring their safety, and supporting their daily routines with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences Assist with preschool routines such as nap times, educational activities, and playdates Support children with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and therapies as needed Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children and laundry Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety at all times Engage children in enriching activities that promote developmental milestones and social skills Collaborate with parents to follow specific care plans and communicate daily updates on children's progress Experience Previous nannying or private home childcare experience is essential, especially with multiple children or infants Join us in creating a joyful, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive!
