PM and Friday:
10:00 AM•12:30 PM a total of 13 hours per week
Personal Care:
Assist with hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Health Monitoring:
Check vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and monitor/record physical and mental conditions.
Mobility Assistance:
Help with transfers, positioning in bed, and walking (ambulation).
Medication Support:
Remind patients to take prescribed medications and assist with self-administration, following care plans.
Household Support:
Perform light housekeeping, such as laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
Transportation:
Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
Reporting:
Document and report changes in the clients condition to supervisors or nurses
