Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, learning, and fun Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety at all times Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily activities, progress, and any concerns Support behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for young children Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting any incidents or concerns related to child safety or well-being Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs Strong background in early childhood education and childhood development principles Proven experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Ability to plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity Knowledge of child supervision best practices to ensure safety at all times Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Certifications in first aid and CPR; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is a plus Demonstrated behavior management skills to foster positive behavior in children Previous nannying or babysitting experience preferred; teaching experience with young children is highly valued Join us in creating a supportive environment where children can flourish!
