Job description: Close Companions, located at Williamsburg Retirement Community, is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team! We are hiring for an overnight Caregiver! 11 P.M. - 7 A.M.

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care and support to our residents throughout the night. Assist with personal care, mobility, and safety monitoring Ensure residents are comfortable and cared for, reporting any concerns promptly Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Basic computer skills Self-starter and able to work independently CNA Certification preferred, but not required. Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head Experience as CNA /Med Tech. Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner") Have a positive and compassionate attitude Must be 18 or older A background check is required for this position upon hire, as well as a food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
