Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart. Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies. Organize and help with medical transports Maintaining shift change notes. Communicating regularly with administration. Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Head RCC Qualifications Must have current

CNA, MED TECH
