What Makes This Role Great Competitive pay: $18-$25/hour depending on experience Tuesday and Friday schedule (9:00 AM-4:00 PM) Potential to grow hours over time! 24/7 support from a responsive, local team Time-and-a-half pay for holidays and overtime Mileage reimbursement during client shifts Small, locally owned team that values its caregivers Our caregivers provide one-on-one, in-home support to help clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Services range from companionship to non-medical personal care based on each client's individual needs. Key Responsibilities Caregivers may assist with a variety of daily living activities, including: Transportation to appointments or errands Medication reminders Meal preparation and light cooking Light housekeeping and household tasks Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, or HHA) may also provide hands-on personal care, including: Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Feeding assistance Mobility and ambulation support Bathing assistance Transfers (bed to chair and chair to bed) Toileting and incontinence care Qualifications CNA, PCA, or HHA certification highly preferred At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.
