We have redefined what home care looks like—for both our Clients and our Care Partners. We provide an exceptional no-cost credentialing program: As a licensed agency, our in-house Personal Care Credentialing program is provided at no cost and is designed to equip you for success as an integral partner with our Care Team. You'll receive hands-on training with a licensed nurse in our skills lab, using the same equipment found in our Clients' homes—so you feel confident and prepared. Have a CNA, PCA, or HHA? Your Commitment Provide exceptional, compassionate care in a partner relationship Build meaningful trust relationships with Clients/Families and Care Team Partners Provide meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders and errands/shopping, activities/outings Professional and personal growth Qualifications Care Team Partners must meet the following requirements: Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with up-to-date registration and auto insurance meeting state requirements Clean driving record and background check Personal and professional reference checks Pass company-paid comprehensive screenings, including: State and federal background checks Driving record check Drug screening TB Screening Benefits Supportive team culture- We lead with honor and respect, and receive honor and respect. - Our minimum part-time hours are 20 per week, and maximum full-time hours are 40 per week. Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. Reliable hours
- We work diligently to provide the goal hours you set per week. Care Partners are carefully selected for dedicated Client teams. If Client service is paused or ends due to hospitalization, passing, or moving, you maintain goal hours to support your financial obligations. Paid Travel Time between shifts 24/7 Supervisor support, day, evening/overnight and weekends. Shadow shifts
