Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our On-Call Caregiver Program . This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality care for our clients when unexpected callouts or scheduling changes occur. Our on-call caregivers play a critical role in supporting our commitment to Faith, Integrity, Reliability, Compassion, and Excellence (FIRCE) by providing reliable coverage and maintaining continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Remain available and ready to work during assigned on-call hours Respond to calls or texts within 10 minutes Report to assigned shifts within approximately 1 hour (depending on location) Complete assigned shifts in full unless otherwise approved Maintain clear, professional communication at all times Deliver high-quality care aligned with company standards Eligibility Requirements CNA, PCA or NA preferred. Personal Care experience required. Ability to provide all levels of care from minimum to maximum/total assistance Demonstrated reliability and strong communication skills Valid Driver's License and auto insurance Reliable transportation to drive to and from assignments Ability to travel to assignments within required timeframes Ability to work around pets, smokers, male and female clients Willingness to travel throughout coverage territory for the Lynchburg office location Background check and drug screen required
Compensation & Benefits On-Call Rate:
$15 per hour for the assigned on-call period provided they remain available, responsive, and accept assignments when offered ." Caregiver will be paid $17 per hour for any shift worked during the on call period. Weekend differential of one dollar more per hour for shifts worked.
Mileage Reimbursement:
Provided for travel exceeding 25 miles from home (when applicable)
