Full job description Inspired Home Health provides both non-medical and skilled in-home care services. Our mission is to help seniors remain safely in the comfort of their own homes while maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are currently seeking compassionate, experienced, and dependable Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to join the Inspired Home Health family. We are currently hiring aides to work in the Eastern Shore area. Position Overview Personal Care Attendants provide supportive services to individuals in their homes and communities who need assistance with daily living activities. Our caregivers play a vital role in improving the well-being and independence of our clients. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Light housekeeping and laundry Meal preparation Companionship and emotional support Assistance with mobility Incontinence experience All services must be delivered in a caring, respectful, and professional manner, following agency policies and industry standards.
