Job Description

Overview Relentless Family Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and hardworking Live-In Residential Aide for our residential care home in Norfolk, Virginia. We are looking to hire immediately this week. Position Overview This is a live-in position that includes room and board as part of the compensation package. The ideal candidate will have CNA or PCA experience and be comfortable assisting residents while also helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept home.
Schedule Monday-Friday:
Approximately 4 working hours each morning
Saturday & Sunday:
8-hour shifts each day Live-in accommodations provided Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living needs and personal care as needed Prepare and cook meals for residents Maintain a clean and sanitary home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Complete laundry and general household duties Perform basic handyman and maintenance work, such as minor household repairs and upkeep Help ensure the home remains safe, organized, and comfortable Treat all residents with patience, kindness, dignity, and respect Communicate concerns regarding residents or the property promptly to management Requirements CNA, PCA, or similar direct-care experience required Experience with basic home repairs/handyman work strongly preferred Must be able and willing to cook and clean Dependable transportation Strong attendance and reliability Patient, compassionate, kind, and hardworking Comfortable working in a residential care environment Able to work independently and take initiative Must be comfortable with a live-in arrangement Must be available to start immediately Compensation Room and board are included as part of the overall compensation package. Additional compensation and complete terms will be discussed during the interview based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and responsibilities.
