Become a sponsor provider and make an extra income up to $5000 (pay depends on the individual Tier) (1099 form) monthly with room and board around $500 monthly. Duties As a Sponsor As a Sponsor provider you will be responsible to provide a room for the individual in your house or apartment, you are responsible for scheduling and taking the individual to any medical appointments, as well as ensuring the individual stays in a safe and healthy environment, provision of Grocery supply at all time, responsible for overall supervision of the individual and also support the individual to go out to the community to participate in activities as needed.
