Karis Care Services is looking for compassionate, dependable Full-Time Companion Caregivers to provide homemaker services to our clients Monday through Friday. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, welcoming home and enjoys helping others maintain their independence. As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide practical support that helps our clients remain safely and comfortably at home. Your work will make a meaningful difference in their daily life. What you'll do Providelight housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and maintaining a tidy living environment. Organize and straighten household areas to help create a safe, comfortable, and functional home. Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and kitchen organization. Wash dishes and clean up after meals. Assist with laundry and other routine homemaker tasks. Provide companionship and friendly conversation. Support the client's daily routines while promoting dignity, independence, and choice. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs to the appropriate office staff. Follow the client's care plan and Karis Care Services policies. What we're looking for A compassionate, dependable person who genuinely enjoys helping others. Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage household tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude. Previous companion caregiving, homemaker, housekeeping, or meal preparation experience is preferred. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Active auto insurance required Your own reliable vehicle to drive yourself to and from assignments Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Genuine desire to help others Our Core Values We are looking for caregivers who align with our core values: (FIRCE)
