What We Offer:

Flexible scheduling - set your own schedule of availability Paid orientation PCA training available for qualified applicants Supportive office team Opportunities for additional hours as new cases become available weekly!

What You'll Do:

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living Provide companionship & emotional support Assist or even lead meal preparation Housekeeping & laundry Assist with mobility and safety--total fall prevention Follow the client's care plan on the app on your phone.

Requirements:

Reliable and dependable-we will schedule you ahead according your written availability. It's your job to look at your app and go to EVERY shift assigned. Call outs are only aloud with doctor's notes. Headache or keeping you from work? There's Tylenol at every gas station on the way to your client. Compassionate and willing to help others Must be able to pass background checks Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance may be required depending on the assignment. You CANNOT be dropped off at shifts by family and friends. CNA, PCA, NA, or caregiving experience is a plus, but not required for qualified applicants who are eligible for training
