Caregiver Needed

Job Description

Lloyd's Homecare Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate male caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 15-year-old autistic male in Stafford, Virginia. The ideal candidate has experience working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities and is patient, dependable, and able to build a trusting relationship while providing consistent care. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Support participation in community and social activities Encourage independence while maintaining a safe environment Follow the family's routine and individualized care plan Qualifications Current PCA, CNA, or HHA certification Current CPR certification Current TB test Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Behavioral Health, RBT, ABA, CPI, or Mental Health First Aid certification preferred Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Schedule Preferred hours: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM We're looking for someone who is compassionate, consistent, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact in the life of a teenager and his family.
Pay:
$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
