We're looking for one specific caregiver for one specific client: Living with dementia in Triangle, VA, whose family is closely involved, loving, and present. They're not looking for someone to just supervise a schedule. They're looking for someone who genuinely understands dementia care and can bring patience, warmth, and steadiness to her days.

What this role needs:

Real, hands-on experience caring for someone with dementia. Comfort and confidence with the daily realities of it (repetition, redirection, memory changes, mood shifts) A calm, patient presence who can meet her where she is each day Comfort working alongside an engaged family who will be present and supportive Occasional transportation support as needed CNA certification preferred but not required. Experience is what matters most here

Schedule:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday — permanent, ongoing
