Comfortable learning scheduling software Steady when four people call out before 8 a.m. Warm on the phone with caregivers and with families Organized enough to track a hundred moving pieces Valid driver's license and auto insurance What you will do: Build and manage the daily schedule for about 90 clients and growing Fill open shifts quickly when a caregiver calls out Keep caregiver availability and credentials current Run hands-on skills checks for new caregivers Review completed shifts each week for billing accuracy About us Veteran-owned since 2024, serving Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake.
