Personal Care Aide Business & Education Leadership Authority Virginia Beach, VA Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Cooking Assisting with ADLs Driver's License Bathing assistance Meal assistance Full Job Description Part-time Personal care aide to assist with the daily tasks of a female young adult. Responsible for light cleaning, light cooking, running errands and doctor appointments (transportation provided), doing laundry, and assisting client with bathing, toileting, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. PCA will also engage the client in activities like talking, playing games, and taking the client on outings during weekdays and weekends. Finally, a personal care aide should consult with the client's family members to address their health, nutrition, and overall well-being concerns. Personal care aide should be in good physical condition, have a valid driver's license, and enjoy helping the client in need. Must be able to pass crimminal background check.
