Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and caring part-time caregivers to join our team in Winchester, VA, providing essential support during days and evenings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by delivering high-quality, personalized care in a compassionate manner. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient observation and monitor vital signs to ensure safety and well-being Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning according to care plans Support residents with medication administration and recordkeeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations Help clients with personal transportation needs for appointments or errands Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and cleaning duties Follow established care plans and ensure residents' rights are respected at all times Requirements Prior experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or in assisted living or nursing home settings preferred Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and patient transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts Certification in CPR and first aid is required or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation Ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings in a part-time capacity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for assisting with community outings or appointments Join us to become part of a dedicated team that values your compassion, skills, and commitment to making a positive impact every day!
