Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide home healthcare services for seniors. This role involves assisting elderly individuals with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities Assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful environment Help with light housekeeping tasks related to the client's care needs, including laundry and tidying up Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or medical professionals Ensure a safe living environment by preventing falls and addressing hazards within the home Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided Qualifications Prior experience in caregiving or home healthcare is preferred but not required; training can be provided Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a commitment to client confidentiality Must be able to work independently in a home setting while providing attentive care for seniors This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing essential home healthcare services.
