Job Summary We are seeking a skilled provider of dementia care and personal care for a male client in Essex, VT. Hours are Thursday 9-1pm. •Potential for more hours. • Responsibilities Provide dementia/TBI care to a single client Provide personal care to a single client Toileting Bath Supervision Incontinence care Med reminders Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, and mobility support. Skills Proficiency in memory care techniques Reliability and good coworker communications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering trust and rapport with patients and families. A compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
