This rewarding role involves providing attentive, personalized care in our residential care homes. We are seeking energetic and caring professionals who are passionate about fostering growth, safety, and happiness for those they serve. As a vital part of our team, you will create a positive impact through engaging activities, emotional support, and attentive caregiving. Duties Provide attentive care to residents with dementia, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, and dressing in accordance with individual needs and schedules Support social engagement through activities Collaborate with coworkers to provide appetizing meals, laundry service and a clean environment. Qualifications Prior experience not required Specialized dementia training to be completed upon hire. Strong communication skills Ability to remain patient, flexible, and attentive in dynamic caregiving environments
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
