Tuesday, Thursday 10am-2pm( 5hrs total 10hrs a week) . Start date is asap with one week of training. Care is in client's home.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Prepare meals and assist with feeding. Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning). Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Assist with medication reminders and administration as per the care plan. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Update daily the caregiver log checklist and during shift pass off. Have reliable own transportation to drive client for errands
Qualifications:
Certification as a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR), Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), Home Care Aide (HCA), or equivalent experience. Ability to follow care plans and perform caregiving duties and CPR certified. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient. Ability to pass a background check.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certified as NAR, NAC, HCA, or equivalent caregiving experience. Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
Dress Code:
Business casual: pants, non-graphic t-shirts, or long sleeves are acceptable. No leggings, scrubs, shorts, or tank tops.
Working Conditions:
In-home care environment and personalized routine. Flexible hours, including possible overnight and overtime.
