• Overview:

• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality support and care for the elderly in our homes. This rewarding role requires a strong commitment to delivering personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and care to clients in their homes, promoting a safe and comfortable living environment
• Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Manage challenging behaviors through positive reinforcement and behavioral management techniques
• Perform heavy lifting and assist with transfers as necessary
• Provide social support and engage in recreational activities with clients to promote social skills and enjoyment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

• Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
• Direct support experience
• Ability to administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Strong patient care and behavior management skills
• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
• Experience with home care and social work
