Responsibilities include delivering hands-on support based on each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP), assisting with daily activities such as dining, housekeeping, and laundry, and supporting meaningful engagement and programs. You will observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions, promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights, and communicate regularly with families and care leadership. Adherence to infection control, OSHA, and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications:
