Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and flexible In-Home Caregiver Specialist for Eastside and Seattle Area to provide essential care to our clients across various homes as needed. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and is passionate about enriching the lives of others. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and decision-making skills, works well independently, and is able to adapt to different care settings. This is a full-time daytime position and involves variable day shifts in client homes, as well administrative tasks in an office setting, when not assigned to client shifts.
Duties Provide Client Care:
Work in a float capacity to cover client schedules, emergencies, or fill-in assignments at clients' homes.
Client Support:
Enrich and support the lives of our clients by maintaining a safe and healthy environment, always upholding respect, dignity, and independence. Assistance with
Daily Living:
Help clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
Meal Preparation:
Prepare meals and snacks for clients as needed.
Household Assistance:
Perform light housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
Mobility & Transfer Assistance:
Provide mobility support and assist with transfers, including using mechanical lift devices if required.
Community Engagement:
Support clients in participating in community activities and outings as requested.
Transportation:
Assist with transportation needs for clients.
Other Administrative Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. What We're Looking For HCA or CNA certification required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. Flexibility to work on an "on-call" basis and to adapt to different client homes and schedules. Strong ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach to caregiving. Previous caregiving experience. Ability to assist with mobility and perform light household duties. Dependability and a strong work ethic.
