Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing personalized, respectful, and high-quality care to aindividual in their own home. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support a client with a variety of needs, including assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional support. Your dedication will help enhance the quality of life for whom you serve, fostering independence and dignity every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support clients with mobility using appropriate patient transfer methods and manual handling techniques, including Hoyer lifts if necessary Help maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and organization of the home Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and Knowledge Familiarity with patient transfer methods, manual handling, Assist lifts, and patient personal care assistance Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving duties Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing compassionate home care that empowers individuals to comfortably and confidently. Pay:
$16.32 - $18.00 per hour
