Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team in delivering exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. As a Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering a warm, supportive environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working within a dynamic and caring team. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of valuing and compensating our caregivers for their vital contributions. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Operate manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers and mobility Administer medications following prescribed protocols and document accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption as needed Engage residents through meaningful activities, behavior management strategies, and social interaction to promote well-being Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Demonstrated experience assisting with ADLs and providing personal care in home or community settings Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is advantageous Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional training in medication administration or EMR systems is a plus Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members while maintaining professionalism and empathy Join us as a Care Provider to bring warmth, compassion, and expert support to those who need it most.
