Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need of assistance. This job will need to be able to travel between Jefferson and Fort Atkinson. If available to travel to Watertown and work multiple shifts, pay is negotiable. Position would be first shift 6a-8:30a and every other weekend 10a-4p, hours may vary on the weekend. Need to be available for Fort Atkinson and Jefferson. Please call or text Laura at 262-804-7790 to set up an interview. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as nurses and social workers Qualifications
- Experience in nursing homes, home health, or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of care plans and working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to perform direct support tasks with compassion and empathy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
