Full-Time Residential Counselor | Horicon, WI Make a Difference One Day at a Time Are you someone who finds purpose in helping others, especially those living with mental illness? We're currently seeking a Full-Time Residential Counselor to join our team in Horicon. At Daybreak, we provide a nurturing, family-style environment for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Our mission is to empower our clients through hands on life skills, wellness practices, and therapeutic activities that foster independence and self-worth.

What We're Looking For:
A kind, calm, and patient individual who wants to make a real impact Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and leading with compassion Experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person with the heart and mindset for this work CBRF certification is a plus , but not required to start
Position Details:
Pay:
$14-$20/hour, depending on experience and documentation of prior work with our target population (including individuals with severe mental illness, developmental disabilities, AODA, or correctional backgrounds)
Note:
No daily physical personal care required
