Hour Mileage Provided Tasks:

Providing 1:1 supervision Mentor personal care tasks Provide Transportation to and from outings Offer emotional support when needed Activities Engaging in de-escalation tactics as needed

Family Requirements:

Valid Driver's Licenses and reliable vehicle. High schoolers are welcome to apply Able to pass a Wisconsin background check Experience working with adults or children with complex needs ( Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc. ) Proven dependability Willingness to learn and accept coaching Committed to providing care for children with special needs. Someone who can understand de-escalation Someone active

Assisting With Safety and Supervision Pay:
