Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive caregiver to assist an adult male who is paralyzed from the waist down. The ideal candidate will be respectful, patient, and comfortable providing hands-on assistance with daily personal care and household activities. Caregiving will be in the client's home in Monroe, WI.
Pay :
$19- $23 per hour (Based on experience)
Location :
Monroe, WI Schedule:
Up to 44 hours per week 6.25 hours a day Every other Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday. Occasionally additional shift throughout the week 2x-3x. Flexible Schedule Schedule TBD between provider & client.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to a male who is bed bound Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with Ostomy Care and Catheter. Assist with repositioning and maintaining comfort and safety. Help with meals, eating, and hydration as needed. Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Assist with laundry, errands, and other routine household tasks. Provide companionship and respectful support throughout the day.
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle required Must pass a background check before hiring Previous caregiving, personal care, CNA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred. Comfortable providing hands-on personal care. Reliable, patient, compassionate, and respectful. Able to safely assist with transfers and physical tasks. Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
