In-Home Caregiver Greenco Industries | Monroe, WI Greenco Industries is seeking a compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality support to individuals in an Adult Family Home (AFH) setting in Monroe, Wisconsin. This role focuses on helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence through daily living support, companionship, and a safe, respectful environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying client living areas.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support medication routines as permitted by company policy and training.
• Assist with transportation or accompaniment to appointments, errands, or community activities when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or older to work in our Adult Family Homes (AFH).
• Previous caregiving, home care, direct support, or personal care experience preferred but not required. We will train you in the home you work at.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow care instructions, and work independently.
• Ability to pass required caregiver background screening in accordance with Wisconsin caregiver regulations.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, respectful, and committed to client confidentiality and safety.
• Ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed within safe working guidelines. Schedule and Compensation This position may be available on a part-time basis, with weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on client needs. 1st shift
• typically 6:30am-2:30pm 2nd shift
• typically 2:30pm-10:30pm 3rd shift
