POSITION SUMMARY

Join Our Oak Creek Care Team - Competitive Pay with Flexible Evening Shifts! Starting pay includes bonuses and premium shift rates.

Work your preferred shift:

3pm to 9pm daily, with weekend opportunities. Immediate start available.

Compensation Overview:

Attractive base pay plus bonuses for shift length Additional $8/hour on short 2-3 hour shifts $100 bonus awarded every 100 hours worked Vehicle and referral bonuses included Time-and-a-half pay on holidays and overtime Hourly accrued

PTO Job Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on care: safe client transfers, hygiene assistance, meal prep, medication prompts, and transport Reliable availability for 3pm-9pm shifts with weekend premiums
