Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities and those in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to fostering independence while delivering compassionate care in a home or community setting. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met. Support individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and social interaction. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel. Drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed. Assist with mobility and lifting when necessary to ensure client safety. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a nursing home setting is preferred. Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus. Ability to prepare meals that meet dietary restrictions or preferences. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
