Caregiver - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated caregivers to join our team. We have opportunities available on 2nd, and 3rd shifts . If you are passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful difference every day, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administer medications according to state regulations and facility policies. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly. Complete accurate documentation and charting. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare providers. Promote each resident's dignity, independence, and quality of life. Qualifications Current Wisconsin CBRF certifications are preferred. Applicants willing to obtain certifications may also be considered. Medication Administration certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
