OVERVIEW

Part-Time Caregiver (2) Adult Family Home (AFH) Racine, WI $14-$16/hour Weekdays Weekend Hours are not required Weekend Hours are available if desired Seeking TWO dependable, motivated, and compassionate caregivers for part-time weekday positions. A great opportunity for a nursing or healthcare student, future healthcare professional, or anyone interested in growing professionally and building a long-term career in caregiving or healthcare. Willing to train and work with the right person. Can be flexible with start and end times.

FACILITY

4-Bed AFH Ambulatory, Non Behavioral Elderly, Developmentally Disabled persons Residents are very independent, continent, can bathe themselves, with minimal behaviors. Northside of Racine PAY Start $14-$16 based on experience, qualifications, training, availability, and ability to take on additional responsibilities. Paid direct deposit on 1st and 15th of every month.

SCHEDULE

Days Primarily weekday afternoon and evening coverage. Applicants do not need to be available every weekday. The schedule will be built around the availability of the hired caregivers. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Weekends are available for employees who want additional hours but are not required for this position Hours The hours needed are between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm Generally between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm

Typical Shift Hours:

11:00 am/12:00 pm-7:00 pm/8:00 pm

Average Shift Length:

8-10 hours per shift

Average Hours Per Week:

15-30 hours per week Hours may vary depending on company needs and employee needs Consistent weekly availability is preferred (

Employee 1: Tuesday and Weds, Employee 2: Thursday and Friday)

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Caregiving, CNA, healthcare, assisted living, or related experience is a plus High school diploma/GED or ability to obtain a GED within 6 months Valid driver's license and automobile insurance or ability to obtain within 6 months Ability to complete required caregiver training Ability to meet applicable caregiver background and employment requirements Reliable attendance and transportation Dependable and responsible Patient and compassionate Motivated Willing to learn and accept feedback Interested in personal and professional growth

RESPONSIBILITIES
