Responsibilities:
Introduction of caregivers to New clients Shadowing & Training new and current staff Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers Fill in on last minute shifts if needed. Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention
Requirements:
