Due to continued increases in client needs, we have openings for full-time caregivers across all shifts. We also have part-time and casual positions available on all shifts. Shifts vary in length based on your wishes and client needs. We have a particular need for weekend help, and we offer higher pay for those shifts! Wage increases start after the first 6 months of employment. Additionally, after 6 months, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to Sterling status, which offers additional training and an additional wage increase! Responsibilities Deliver compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and independence. Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring to ensure safety and adherence to care plans. Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and enhance mental well-being. Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to healthcare professionals promptly. Follow care plans meticulously, adapting approaches as needed to meet individual needs. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, including daily logs and incident reports.
