Job Overview Join our compassionate team as a Part-Time Caregiver providing in-home care to individual in Stoughton, WI. As a caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence, ensure their safety, and promote overall well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medication following care plans and ensure proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to safely transfer clients and prevent injury Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive, engaging atmosphere for clients Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home, or group home settings preferred Certification or training in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA compliance are a plus Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility tasks safely Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and family members Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient care Have a valid driver's license and insurance.
