Caregiver (NOC shift)

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in our Adult Family Home setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition. Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting/use of lifts and transferring them safely. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing housekeeping duties. Document client care activities accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship. Experience Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or home health is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of memory care techniques and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus. Working with online EMAR charting is a plus but will train the right individual. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.
