Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes or care settings. The Caregiver will assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADL's), promote independence, ensure safety, and provide emotional support while maintaining dignity and respect.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship to clients. Help with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning. Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs. Support clients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Observe, document, and promptly report changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition. Adhere to all agency policies, HIPPA regulations, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required, depending on client assignments. Ability to pass all required background screenings and pre-employment requirements.
