Mentor:
Experienced caregivers have the opportunity to participate in our 6-week mentoring program, supporting and guiding new team members. Mentors serve as role models, offering both personal and professional support while helping new hires succeed.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable transportation Valid driver's license or state ID A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.
Pay & Incentives:
Base Pay:
$13.00-$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1,000
Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential:
+$2/hour
Performance Bonuses:
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Referral Bonuses:
Up to $1,000 per hire
