Want to feel good about going to work? Want to work with a dynamic and caring TEAM? We are looking to hire a full-time Case Manager to work with our Medicaid Waiver HCBS program. The program serves elderly and disabled individuals that are at risk of institutionalization by providing in-home support services. We are part of the West Alabama Regional Commission and offer a variety of competitive benefits including state retirement, and health and life insurance. Eligible participants must have a bachelor's degree in human services. References are required - please include a list of three professional references.
