Full Job Description Who We Are:
We are an Adult Day Program with facilities in Orange and Los Angeles County. We have been serving a community with developmental disabilities since 1998 and take great pride in the care and services we provide. We are currently looking to fill a Case Manager position in Anaheim, CA. We provide services to adults with developmental disabilities who wish to enhance their lives through vocational skills development and meaningful interactions with peers and members of the community. We expect those that join us to help us continue to make a difference in people's lives.
Compensation:
$23•25 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8 hours per day
Morning Shift:
7:30 AM•4:00
PM Where:
Onsite at 2557 W. Woodland Dr., Anaheim, CA 92801

Plan What You'll Do:
Supervise, coordinate and maintain the daily activities of Direct Care Staff and oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including but not limited to transportation, new hires and payroll support Demonstrate ability to provide staff training, supervision and planning Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. Effective communications skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and management team using a reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach Assist Floor Management as needed Supervise and maintain building compliance, inventory and work orders Assist with behavioral interventions & de-escalation of clients May act as the point of contact in the absence of the
Program Director What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other Human Services field OR 3 years' experience in working with adults with developmental disabilities. Working knowledge and experience in ABA and restricted health conditions. Acceptable driving record and current valid driver's license Auto insurance must be current as required by California State Law.
