Work Schedule:
Monday- Thursday, 4/10s Schedule, 9:00am-7:30pm Key Responsibilities Supervisor Support Support Team Supervisors in ensuring that all Case Managers (CMs) are delivering services in a professional manner and in accordance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
- Consistently perform Case Management responsibilities, including Client Needs Assessment, Housing Placement, Linkage to Supportive Services, Advocacy and Data Collection Qualifications
- Case management experience with people affected by homelessness, substance use disorders, chronic health and mental health concerns, domestic
- and intimate-partner violence, and/or human trafficking Experience cultivating and maintaining productive, professional relationships with clients, partner agency representatives, and coworkers Strong interpersonal, plan execution, and time management skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as a leader and as part of a team Will be required to drive a company vehicle to transport clients.
