- Oversee every case detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Be the Liaison Between Clients & Attorneys
- Keep clients informed, answer their questions, and provide reassurance throughout every stage of their case. Coordinate Medical Treatment—Ensure clients are receiving the necessary medical care and track progress to maximize case value. Review & Analyze Medical Records
- Summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare detailed case files for demand submission. Verify Insurance Coverage & Liability
- Communicate with adjusters, track claims, and ensure all policies and claims are maximized. Prepare Cases for Demand & Negotiation
- Work with attorneys to draft compelling demand packages that drive strong settlements. Track Deadlines & Manage Case Workflow
- Keep everything running on time, ensuring that no detail is missed. What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in personal injury case management
- You know the ins and outs of handling PI cases like a pro. Exceptional communication skills
- You can break down complex legal matters for clients in a way that makes them feel confident and supported. Superior organizational abilities
- You thrive in high-volume environments and can juggle multiple cases without missing a beat. Problem-solving mindset
- You see challenges as opportunities and find creative solutions to get results. Tech-savvy & detail-oriented
- Experience with case management software (Filevine, Salesforce, Clio, CasePEER or similar) is a plus!
- 50 USD per hour(Beverly Hills-Corporate Office)
