The firm is dedicated to awesome legal representation, enthusiastic teamwork environment and unrivaled client service. In General, the ideal prelitigation worker must have experience handling cases such as auto vs. auto, premise, government torts, dog bites and wrongful death. The ideal candidate must be able to juggle a heavy case load. Duties include, but are not limited to: reporting/opening claims to insurance companies, scheduling property damage inspections, requesting police reports, collecting and analyzing client's medical records, monitoring client's medical treatment, scheduling client's appointment with medical facilities. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the Personal Injury process and can recognize when a case needs to be file in court to comply with the statute of limitation. He/she must possess the necessary experience to determine when a case is ready for settlement negotiations as well as the potential value of said case. A perfect fit for our firm is a "team player" who is motivated and dedicated to obtaining the best result for each client. Giving each case as much attention to detail as possible, continuously following up with each client, and superb organization and communication skills are
ESSENTIAL
for this position. : 1-2 years' experience working as a personal injury legal assistant, paralegal or case manager; Ability to handle plaintiff's case from the intake phase all the way to resolution; Positive attitude; Good oral and written communication skills; Government Tort Knowledge is preferred, but not required.'
